Prince Andrew faced a 'final humiliation' as the Queen's body was brought through Edinburgh on Tuesday - as he was banned from saluting the coffin and had a change in uniform.
The son of the former monarch watched alongside thousands of others as the coffin containing his mother was being moved along Edinburgh’s Royal Mile.
Her funeral takes place next Monday in London.

But the disgraced Duke of York had his hands by his sides as he was surrounded by officers saluting the cortege - as he had been stripped of his honourary military titles last year, the Mirror UK report.
It's all because of his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein - with Andrew losing his titles after one of the paedophile’s victims, Virginia Roberts, alleged Andrew sexually abused her when she was a minor under US law.
The Duke has strenuously denied all the allegations.
It is believed that the ban on him wearing military uniform will be lifted for the final vigil in Westminster Hall.
He will have a key role in the 'Vigil of the Princes' - where all the Queen's children will stand guard around her coffin during the final service.
The Queen died last Thursday at Balmoral Castle in Edinburgh.
Her son, the now-King Charles III, Anne (Princess Royal) and the Earl of Wessex Prince Edward will all parade in military uniform at the funeral itself.
