A banner making a rude reference to Prince Andrew was spotted scrawled on fencing at Glastonbury Festival within an hour of the gates opening yesterday (June 22).
A Twitter post shared by @allinwhites at 8.55am yesterday, alongside a photo of the message, read: "They've gone early at #Glastonbury2022." The image showed a large green banner with white writing with a derogatory reference to the royal.
The sign said 'Prince Andrew is a sweaty n****' and the photo has been retweeted across the social media platform more than 34,000 times as of Thursday morning. It is not yet clear if the graffiti has been removed since then.

It has been more than two years since Prince Andrew revealed he would be stepping back from public life. His dramatic statement in November 2019 came just days after his disastrous interview on BBC Newsnight, where he spoke at length about his association with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Earlier this year, Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement with his accuser, Virginia Giuffre, in a civil sex claim filed in the US. It means that he avoided a potentially explosive trial with the settlement said to be £ 12 million. Andrew has continually denied the allegations against him.
In January, he was stripped of his honorary military titles and patronages given to him by the Queen and it looked as though there was no way back for the Duke of York, according to the Mirror.
