Shoppers clambered over shelves and one appeared to snatch a bottle of Prime from a child’s hands after an energy drink, promoted by two high profile YouTubers, went on sale.

The energy drinks went on sale at Aldi’s London-wide at 8am on Thursday with desperate shoppers fighting with each other to pick one up for £1.99.
