Prime office space take-up for Leeds law firms rockets by 200%

Leeds DLA Piper Knight Frank Knights

Leeds law firms are leading the drive for prime, sustainable office space, according to new research.

Real estate advisor Knight Frank’s Law Firm Report shows that office space taken by law firms in Leeds was 100,743 sq ft last year, a 202% rise on 2020.

The jump in take-up was driven by DLA Piper’s 83,000 sq ft pre-let at City Square House, a new building close to Leeds City Station which is being designed to support the wellbeing and productivity of employees.
