With autumn officially here plenty of us are thinking about how we'll stay warm on the upcoming colder nights, especially with heating bills rising. Staying warm is of course going to be serious business for many this winter, but some people are injecting some fun into the prospect by snapping up overs-zed, fluffy hoodies from bargain retailer Primark.
The 'snuddie' - a potential nod to the high-end brand Oodie - has been a big hit with shoppers with some of them bagging them over summer when we were in a middle of a heat wave.
Unveiling the rack of snuddies in a Primark store in an Instagram photo, the official Primark account captioned its post: “We shouldn't be wishing for colder weather but...Snuddies are in store now! Tag us in your #Snuddie content #Primark #InStoreNow”.
The picture showed the snuddies in various prints and patterns, from a Disney-inspired Bambi snuddie, a pink reversible octopus-themed snuddie to a purple dinosaur printed snuddie. Fans and shoppers alike showed their excitement regarding the snuddie’s return to stores, as many commented to share their opinion.

One user wrote: “I went yesterday and bought a Dino one in 33° heat going again tomorrow to get then for my friend and mum” alongside a laughing emoji. A second user added: “I got the pink and white check one. Bring on colder weather” while a third chimed in: “I have three from last year but excited to buy more. Love the Winnie the Pooh ones on your video”
A fourth user already called dibs by exclaiming: “I know what I would like for Christmas” while a fifth joked: “We are all going to need these when we cannot afford to put heating on” The Primark snuddies come in 14 styles, ranging from £12 to £26, for women, men and children- collaborating with big names in sports and entertainment such as the NBA’s LA Lakers and Disney.
