Primark shoppers have been sharing details of a cosy £7 clothing item that fans have been going crazy for. One person claimed the item was their 'top secret' while another said they "absolutely loved" their purchase.
The find that shoppers have been raving about is the retailer's velvet plush leggings, which are faux fur lined and come in a variety of colour and sizes. Described by the store as "plush fluffy leggings" they exclaim "comfort has no limits".
Shoppers have been sharing their secrets when it comes to wearing these 'must haves'. One person said they were their "football mom's top secret." Adding that they "wear them underneath other trousers". Sounds like a perfect solution when standing on the touch lines.

The official description for the item reads: "Cut for a close fit, these leggings are made from black velvet - a popular fabric throughout the ‘90s – and are finished with a soft faux fur lining (as if they needed to be any cosier). They’re also crafted with an elasticated waistband and ribbed cuffs. Wear them with a baggy T-shirt around the house or pair with trainers and a sweatshirt on the next shop run."
The 'fur' lined leggings aren't new to the range but certainly seem to have come into their own as autumn has hit and the energy crisis continues. One person who recalls the clothing item from previous ranges, alerted a friend to the fact that they were once again being stocked in store. Writing on social media they said: "Remember these bad boys", another person added: "Absolutely love mine! I thought they looked insanely small but the stretch is insane!", while another added: "We need the black ones for work for winter time!!"
In fact, shoppers were keen to suggest places to wear the warm items. "Might get some for DofE", said one shopper. Another said: "I want the black ones for school in winter", with a third suggesting: "Band parade leggings".
After seeing a TikTok from one shopper saying: "Guys, winter wear is back in Primark already and these Velvet lush leggings are so warm but did you know that they also come in this stone colour and brown chocolate," fellow shoppers joined in the conversation.
"These are the ones I was telling you about," said one person tagging in a friend. Another added: "Seeee I wasn’t joking", with a third adding: "Love them."
However, there were some concerns. One person said: "I’m worried they’ll be too warm". While another warned that: "They bobble very quickly, it’s a shame as they are fab when new". But someone else added: "I got the leggings last year and they bobble so badly but they’re so cosy!x"
