A £9 textured crossbody bag from Primark is said to be a 'dupe' of a £2.8k Dior version - but for a fraction of the price.
Crossbody bags from Primark are proving a hit with shoppers. The popular retailer has released a range of quilted bags that some say look similar to the designs from French designer brand Dior.
Everybody loves a bargain, and Primark especially is known for its affordable prices and its own versions from expensive brands. Primark shared a picture to Instagram last week of the new handbags, reports Nottinghamshire Live.

The post was captioned: "Incoming: Spring vibes with these quilted pastels [heart emoji] Prices from £2.50." The bag is available in white, pink and blue.
The bag features a gold clasp on the front of the bag which is paired with a chunky gold strap that goes across the body.
The Primark Textured Crossbody Bag is priced at £9, while Dior's 30 Montaigne Avenue Bag would set you back £2,800. This means you would save a whopping £2,791 if you opted for the Primark dupe.
The post received thousands of likes and shoppers shared their thoughts in the comments. One person wrote: “Oh no, have to run to PRIMARK every week [laughing emoji].” While a second added: "White [bag] is beautiful."
Another commented: “Obsessed [love heart emoji].” With a fourth adding: “wow wow wow xx.”
While Primark doesn't offer an online shop, the retailer does have a website where shoppers can see its latest products and check if they're in stock before heading into stores to purchase them.
