Primark shoppers are eager to get their hands on a "cosy" £8 scarf that's almost identical to a £240 designer one.
The budget friendly retailer is phenomenally popular thanks to its extensive range of on-trend clothing, accessories, homeware products, beauty supplies and more. It differs from its high street competitors in that it doesn't have a traditional website and relies primarily on in-store purchases - though it has recently launched a Click + Collect service in 25 selected stores.
The high street favourite is also known and loved for its dupes of high end and designer products, with its thick checked scarf the latest item to send shoppers into a frenzy. The coveted oversized scarf costs £8 and comes in an all over check print, reminiscent of those by luxury fashion house, Acne Studios.
