Primark reveals list of 25 stores that will offer click and collect in new trial

Primark has revealed the full list of 25 stores that will test out its new click and collect service.

The stores are located across the North West of England, Yorkshire and North Wales, with the trial to start before the end of this year.

The new service will be free to use but there will be a minimum order spend of £15.

Through click and collect, customers will be able to browse items online before choosing a day and time to pick them up in store.

Primark will allow free returns if you need to take a product back.

But the click and collect trial will only include kids toys, clothing and nursery ranges.

That means for now, you won't be able to order other ranges, like womenswear and homeware for pick up.

Around 2,000 products will be made available to click and collect - including around 800 that will be exclusive to the service.

Primark first confirmed it would offer a click and collect service in an update back in June, shortly after it relaunched its UK website.

But shoppers still can’t order products for home delivery online - despite pleas for the fashion chain to add this as an option.

Kari Rodgers, Primark UK retail firector, said: “We're thrilled that customers across North West England, parts of Yorkshire and North Wales, will soon be the first in the country to get the chance to try out our new Click + Collect offer.

“From launch, they’ll be able to browse and buy from our extensive range of kids clothing and nursery products, from the comfort of their own home, before coming to collect from one of our chosen 25 stores.”
