We've all been there, haven't we? In a Primark queue wishing that it would hurry up and dreaming of the day that the budget store finally introduce self-checkouts so we can whizz our cotton pads and new pyjamas through by ourselves, rather than waiting behind people with hauls to rival an influencers.
Daydream no more though, because it's official - Primark has introduced self-checkouts to cut down the time customers will have to queue for. But not everybody is impressed with the retailer, with some critics claiming it will encourage thefts from the store, despite the fact the stores have visible security.
