'Priceless' moment baby grabs Kate's handbag during royal Aberfan visit

A one-year-old was caught playfully snatching a handbag belonging to the Princess of Wales today during her visit to Aberfan.

Baby Daniel reached out for Kate's black handbag while she stopped to talk to mother-of-two Lucy Williams. Kate left the tot to play with the bag for several minutes while she spoke to other visitors before coming back to retrieve it.

The 'priceless' moment occurred in the last leg of the Prince and Princess' trip to Aberfan Memorial Garden on Friday. The site stands in memory of the 1966 disaster which resulted in the death of 144 people, including 116 schoolchildren.
