On December 31, 2024, President-elect Donald Trump welcomed the new year with a festive New Year's Eve celebration at his Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida. The event was attended by a number of notable guests, including some of Trump's closest associates.

Among the attendees were prominent figures such as Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, as well as Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas. Marla Maples, who was previously married to Trump, was also present at the gathering. JD Vance, Trump's running mate, attended the event with his wife Usha.
