The President revealed that the attacker responsible for the incident in New Orleans was the same individual who planted explosives in ice coolers at two nearby locations in the French Quarter. The attacker then proceeded to drive his vehicle into a crowd, with investigators determining that he had a remote detonator in his vehicle to set off the explosives in the ice chests.
