President Biden Criticizes Trump's Policies And Personal Conduct

U.S. President Donald Trump, left, and Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden attend the second and final presidential debate Oct. 22, 2020, at Belmont University in Nashvil

During a recent policy speech, President Joe Biden took aim at former president Donald Trump, highlighting their policy differences and directly referencing Trump's connection to 'Project 2025,' a conservative policy agenda.

Biden made several pointed attacks on Trump, including referencing a judge's ruling in a defamation case involving E. Jean Carol, where the judge stated that Trump had raped the woman. Biden quoted the judge's language, emphasizing the seriousness of the accusation.

Additionally, Biden called Trump a 'loser' and a 'convicted criminal,' while also criticizing his business record, mentioning Trump's multiple bankruptcies, including one related to a casino venture.

During the speech, Biden also highlighted some of Trump's verbal gaffes, contrasting them with his own recent slip-ups, such as mistakenly referring to Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky as 'President Putin' and Vice President Kamala Harris as 'Vice President Trump.'

While Biden mostly stuck to his prepared remarks delivered via teleprompter, he did deviate from the script at times, adding a more spontaneous tone to his criticisms of Trump.

The speech underscored the ongoing political divide between the current and former presidents, with Biden seeking to draw clear distinctions in policy and personal conduct between his administration and the previous one.
