Tottenham defender Japhet Tanganga is attracting interest from the Premier League and rest of Europe this summer.
Tanganga made 11 Premier League appearances last season, before a knee injury ended his 2021/22 campaign in January, leading to surgery. The Lilywhites have only seen Cameron Carter-Vickers and Steven Bergwijn leave the club so far this summer, whilst bringing in four new signings.
Conte has a big task on his hands to reshape the squad to his liking ahead of a packed 2022/23 season in which the club will challenge in the Champions League once again. football.london understands Tanganga is fully fit and ready to work hard during a tough pre-season and prove his worth to the Italian ahead of Spurs' pre-season tour of South Korea, but is attracting interest from AC Milan and Premier League new boys Bournemouth.

A report from The Athletic suggests that Scott Parker's side are in talks with Spurs over a potential move for the English defender. The Lilywhites could demand a fee in the region of £10million for the 23-year-old, but both a permanent and loan deal are being discussed between the two clubs.
Reports earlier this week suggested Serie A champions AC Milan were interested in bringing Tanganga to the San Siro on a season-long loan deal, which could suit the defender as he looks for regular game time after recovering from a knee injury. Tottenham and Conte's decision will definitely be influenced by how the 23-year-old gets on during pre-season, but is also likely to be impacted by the other signings Spurs make, as the transfer window goes on.
Spurs are poised to sign Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet on a season-long loan deal with the French defender expected to complete his medical 'in the next 24 hours'. Lenglet's arrival could see Tanganga drop further down the pecking order, with a loan deal offering the option of more first team football and experience.
