Premier League done deals: Every completed transfer as clubs splash cash in 2023 summer window

The summer transfer window is open with Premier League clubs expected to spend big once again.

Over £1bn was spent by English clubs last summer with a further £815m outlay in the January transfer window. And the chasing pack will have to strengthen once more after Manchester City's incredible 2022/23 campaign.

Pep Guardiola's side won a historic Treble and will take some stopping as they bid to win a fourth successive Premier League crown. They may have lost skipper Ilkay Gundogan but Mateo Kovacic has already arrived from Chelsea.
