One Premier Inn employee has now opened up about the most awkward complaint he has to contend with, and it may well encourage guests to think twice about what they get up to behind closed doors.
In an eye-opening video shared to TikTok, Premier Inn employee Wayne Miles detailed one particularly mortifying and lesser-known part of the job, which he describes as being 'one of the most awkward situations to ever be in', leaving his amused followers in stitches.
