Premier Inn's careers website says: "whichever team you join, you’ll have the chance to be the best you can be."
It continues "We believe that anyone has that potential within them. That’s why you’ll have the right to apply for any of our vacancies. We select candidates based on skills, attitude and experience – and are committed to helping you develop from day one."
