No major safety failures found in deadly Missouri skydiving plane crash, report says

A preliminary report from federal safety investigators has revealed no serious safety failures contributing to last month's fiery plane crash in Missouri, which tragically killed all 12 people aboard during a skydiving excursion.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released its initial findings on Thursday, based on inspections of the wreckage and flight records.
