A pregnant woman is in a critical condition in intensive care at a Perth hospital after being hit in the head by a concrete block while sitting in a parked car during an altercation between a group of people.
The 30-year-old woman went into cardiac arrest after being struck by the block, which police allege was hurled through the open car window by a 17-year-old boy at a shopping centre car park in the southern Perth suburb of Karawara.
