A heavily pregnant woman who has lost her "best friend and only sister" will have to take care of her newborn baby following her tragic death.
Mariana Ferreira, 29, fell to her death from a flat near Putney, southwest London on March 25, just weeks after giving birth.
A probe has been opened, but at this stage, the death is being treated as unexpected but not suspicious, said police.
