Molly-Mae Hague has never been one to shy away from revealing the ins and outs of her personal life across her Instagram platform.
And today is no different for the 23-year-old mum-to-be, as she shared an honest photo of her stretch marks whilst posing in a bra.
Sharing the unfiltered moment with her 6.8million followers, she discovered that she had developed the common skin indentations on her waist as a result of being in her third trimester of pregnancy.
“Good morning to you too,” she wrote alongside the candid snap and a sad face emoji. “First signs of stretchys down my sides… Was hoping they were going to remain just on my boobs but oh well.”
And the former Love Islander is not the only expectant person to face stretch marks. They can affect around eight in 10 of those in pregnancy, according to NHS England .
The narrow, streak-like lines develop on the surface of the skin, and can appear to be pink, red, purple or brown, depending on your skin colour.
Stretch marks can appear on your abdomen, upper thighs and breasts during pregnancy, but the time of which they develop can vary from person to person.
In the previous snap, the reality star showcased her blossoming bump in a white bralette and black high waisted leggings as she cradled her bump.
Molly-Mae is expecting her first child with partner Tommy Fury, 23, whom she met Love Island in 2019.
The expectant mother is already preparing for their baby’s imminent arrival, as she cut her nails down and opted for a classy gel French manicure.
She’s often known for her love of long acrylic nails, but has opted for a more practical look ahead of becoming a mum for the first time.
Taking to Instagram to show off her new set of nails to her followers, Molly shared a video of her running water over her perfectly manicured nails.
“Goodbye long nails… for a very long time,” she wrote alongside a series of baby-related emojis.
A second snap showed them in more detail as she thanked her nail technician for her fresh set.
Her new nails come after the expectant mum did some last minute Christmas shopping in Selfridges.
Sharing a snap of herself with a trolley in a lift mirror, Molly admitted she’s the “CEO of not being organised for Christmas”.
