Molly-Mae was close to tears as she recalled "one of the worst nights of [her] pregnancy so far" that left her in "excruciating pain".
The 23-year-old Love Island star, who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Tommy Fury, said that she "almost called an ambulance" during her health scare.
Social media influencer Molly-Mae, who is almost eight months pregnant, spoke about her experience on her YouTube channel.
She told fans: "I had one of the worst nights of my pregnancy so far... I went to bed four in the morning... I woke up with the most excruciating stomach cramps, I was literally freaking out.
"I tried to get myself out of the bed to the toilet and I couldn't walk. I felt so unwell and thought whether to call myself an ambulance, I was freaking out."
The PLT creative director went on to say that she hadn't want to wake up Tommy as he had to fly to Dubai at 5am.
"I was literally rolling about in bed, I felt so unwell and then Tommy had to leave to the airport to get a flight at 5am," Molly-Mae explained.
"It's always the case, when I need him and when I feel unwell, he has to go somewhere."
She now believes that she had been suffering from a stomach bug and that all day she hadn't felt 100% okay. Just the night before, she had also been suffering from painful leg cramps.
"I was literally lying there for like 20 minutes crying in agony," Molly-Mae continued. "I've not experienced any cramp in pregnancy, I'm not sure if that's a pregnancy symptom, but it was just very random."
Molly-Mae and Tommy recently returned from a luxury babymoon in Dubai and posted photos of herself enjoying the plush flight home.
Wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a white top with her blonde hair pulled back in a bun, Molly sat in her private cubicle on the plane with her laptop on her leg. She posed with a mug as she looked away from the camera.
The star captioned the photo: "Last relaxing flight for a good while", followed by a flurry of emojis.
Her good friend and Love Island co-star Maura Higgins commented: "Safe flight my beauty," followed by four love heart emojis.
