The 36-year-old model is expecting her fourth child with her superstar husband John Legend, with the couple already sharing Luna, six, and Miles, four.
Chrissy and John, 43, sadly lost their third child, Jack, two years ago just weeks before his due date after suffering complications during the pregnancy.
As she awaits her upcoming due date, Chrissy headed out to do some shopping in LA on Wednesday.
The star wore a white Versace T-shirt and added a pair of black leggings to complete her casual look.
Chrissy also wore a black cap and sunglasses, as she carried a couple of bouquets of yellow roses. She opted for a pair of black slides to add to her comfy look.
Chrissy tied her long brown hair back into a ponytail and completed her look with some stud earrings.
Her outing comes after she revealed she had been coughing up blood after suffering from digestive issues during her pregnancy.
Chrissy took to Instagram to share a glowing natural snap, though she revealed it wasn't quite what it seemed.
She told her 39 million followers: "This was yesterday. today I have two sick babies and I’m coughing up blood! I love fall."
Chrissy has previously revealed this pregnancy has been tough and she has suffered with digestive issues. After seeking medical advice, she has been using acid reflux tape to curb her symptoms.
In August this year, Chrissy and John revealed they were pregnant again with their 'rainbow' baby, which is due in early 2023.
In a heart-breaking Instagram post, Chrissy revealed the sad loss after their doctor informed them that Jack wouldn't survive and the only option was to end the pregnancy.
Chrissy previously stated that Jack died as a result of complications caused by a partial placental abruption, which is when the placenta detaches from the womb depriving the baby of oxygen and causing heavy bleeding in the mother.
