Charlotte Crosby broke down in tears and admitted she was terrified of becoming a first-time mum.
The former Geordie Shore star, 32, said her own mother had to give her a pep talk about pregnancy worries and the tough emotions she is battling.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Charlotte shared her worries after a pregnant fan asked her for advice on Instagram.
The reality star posted a selfie of her crying and said: "This was me yesterday. I cried all morning and my mam had to give me a big pep talk.
"I'm so so so so so scared about this HUGE change in my life and I worry about it all the time.
"Don't you worry about a single thing, it's totally normal to feel that way.
"You also have raging hormones coursing around your body."
She added: "I struggled with a bit of prenatal depression in the very beginning as well, which again is so normal.
"These feelings aren't going to last forever my girl.
"Pregnancy can be really, really tough. I've not had the easiest.
"Remember to keep talking to your loved ones about all your feelings - don't keep them bottled up."
Geordie Shore star Charlotte and boyfriend Jake Ankers are expecting their first baby.
She explained she was worried about giving birth naturally and has chosen to have a C-section after suffering PTSD from a scary ectopic pregnancy back in 2016.
She told new! magazine: “I’ve never really been keen to push a baby out of my vagina. I’m too scared to have a natural birth.
“There’s always been something scary about it for me and when I had the ectopic pregnancy it scared me even more.
“Because I went through the horrendous time where I almost died, I know how things can go drastically wrong.”
Charlotte also told how she changed her daughter's name after an embarrassing mix up.
On her podcast, she said: "There was one name that we had, but we didn't end up going for it in the end.
"Don't judge, but we wanted to call her, Harla. I thought it was quite individual, but then I researched the name 'Harlot' and I realised that it meant prostitute.
"But the new name is way better. It's so cute, it's absolutely gorgeous, and I love it."
