Holidaymakers could face eye-watering fines of £30,000 if they listen to music on beaches in Portugal.
Portugal’s National Maritime Authority (ANM) has banned the use of portable speakers blaring out the latest tunes, if they're at a volume which upsets other sunseekers.
The smallest fine beachgoers will be slapped with if they're caught is £170, but repeat offenders can be stung with a bill for £3,400. For groups the fines can reach a staggering £30,953.
