In a historic move, the Portland Trail Blazers made NBA history by starting five rookies in their game against the Denver Nuggets. This rare occurrence marked only the second time in over 50 years that an NBA team has fielded an entire rookie starting lineup.

The starting lineup for the Trail Blazers featured Scoot Henderson, Duop Reath, Kris Murray, Toumani Camara, and Rayan Rupert. This lineup was reminiscent of the Golden State Warriors' rookie starting lineup back on April 26, 2012, making it a significant moment in NBA history.
