A Northern Ireland child has had 20 inches of her hair cut in aid of a charity which has helped her family through their mum's cancer diagnosis.
Lily-Grace Millar, from Portadown, wanted to donate her hair to the Little Princess Trust, so that children who have lost their hair to cancer treatments, can be helped. She also wanted to give back to the Cancer Fund for Children.
The nine-year-old's mum, who is a single parent and has terminal cancer, watched on with pride as her daughter had her hair cut in Hair Force 1, in their home town.

Speaking to Belfast Live, Jay said her three children have "just taken on whatever life has thrown at them".
"Lily-Grace was bald until she was three and then it just started growing," the 45-year-old added.
"She has never liked it. She loves the attention it gets, but just not the hair. I have got cancer and we are supported by Cancer Fund for Children so we are always doing things to raise money for them through various fundraisers.
"It got to the point over the summer, where Lily-Grace just wanted her hair cut. We talked about donating the hair because through Cancer Fund for Children, she has met children who have lost their hair, then that was her goal, to donate.
"She wanted kids who didn't have hair, to be able to use hers. We thought we would donate it through the Little Princess Trust, and raise money for Cancer Fund for Children at the same time. She set herself a mission, and stuck to it.
"As a family, we think of others before we think of ourselves. That is just us.
"The cancer is terminal. I am single mum too and have three children, so I have to get up and keep going, that's all I can do.
"Lily-Grace has her own cancer specialist, Hannah, who attended the hairdressers on the day of the cut. Hannah would take her out on days out and we have gone as a family to breaks at Daisy Lodge. The charity is amazing, absolutely incredible.
"Everyone has a charity close to their hearts, and this is ours. They are just amazing.
"My children are incredible, they way they just take on what life throws at them. There's always a look for the positive and I am so proud of them."
