At one point, the account involved displayed a message stating, “you’ve been hacked,” which heightened alarm among those present. This was followed by an automated audio message claiming that the system had been compromised. However, the authenticity and origin of these messages have not yet been independently verified.
In response to the incident, the Delhi High Court administration approached the Intelligence Fusion & Strategic Operations (IFSO) unit of the Delhi Police, requesting a detailed investigation into the matter.
Police officials confirmed that a preliminary inquiry has been initiated and described the case as being in its early stages. Investigators are currently examining the circumstances surrounding the disruption, including whether there was any breach in the court’s video-conferencing infrastructure.
Sources indicated that the cyber unit will analyze system logs, access records, and potential vulnerabilities in the platform used for the hearing. The findings of this technical review are expected to determine the next course of action.
