Popular Manchester city centre retailer to reopen tomorrow after weeks of closure

Shoppers will be thrilled to hear that one of the city’s biggest retailers will be reopening after weeks of closure this weekend. Oliver Bonas on St Mary’s Gate has been closed for a number of weeks, but is due to reopen to customers tomorrow, May 28.

The three-storey store opened in Manchester in 2017, becoming the lifestyle and fashion brand's biggest store outside of London. It's been closed for at least a month, with a notice on the store locator of the website indicating it should be back open soon.

The temporary closure left only the Manchester Piccadilly store - which is considerably smaller - the nearest place to physically shop for their clothes, homeware and gifts.

But a notice in their floral adorned window reads: “The store will be re-opening on Saturday the 28th of May at 10am. In the meantime, please continue to shop all our products online at oliverbonas.com and at our next closest store at Manchester Piccadilly Station. We are looking forward to seeing you soon.”

The store sees a selection of fashions, accessories and jewellery on the top floor, gifts and homewares on the main ground floor, and then beauty, furniture and books on the basement floor.

The store is set to open from 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays. Online shoppers get also bag £5 off their first order when they sign up to the newsletter via there website.
