A popular chair sold in IKEA stores throughout Ireland has been urgently recalled over injury fears.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission issued a recall notice for the ODGER Swivel Chair earlier this week.
It said they pose a risk of “falling and injury” as some chairs have been found to break at the base.

The IKEA chair is among a number of product recalls issued by the CCPC this week.
Several pairs of shoes sold across Ireland were recalled amid injury fears. Due to a manufacturing fault, some could contain an “exposed nail” which could cause injury when worn.
