An Edinburgh restaurant have shown how they have taken action to keep their street clean as refuse workers strike across the city.
Popular pizza joint Civerinos took to social media to share an image with their followers after they were forced to wrap a bin outside the eatery in cling film.
Already full to the brim on just the second day of the bin strikes, the Forrest Road stretch is one packed with thousands of locals and tourists every day during the festival.

However, with bins expected not to be emptied for two weeks, staff said they had taken the measure to prevent mounds of rubbish piling up next to their site.
Taking to Twitter, Civerinos said: "Had to make it clear this one is full and stop the dumping process anywhere near it. Sorry.
"Have the street a wee clean too. Missing our @Edinburgh_CC for real @ this festival."

Many locals were quick to praise the measure, with one replying: "Well done. I was wondering if local businesses would clean around their premises. Thank you for doing so."
Set to last for 11 days, the strikes come as refuse workers decided to move forward with industrial action following a rejection of an offer for a 3.5 per cent pay rise.
Less than 48 hours into the strike, images across the city emerged of many bins and waste points already overflowing, with the council warning locals of significant disruption until the end of the Edinburgh Festival.
Speaking this week, the council had said: "We understand the impact and inconvenience this will cause you and appreciate your patience and understanding. We're developing a detailed recovery plan so the clean-up can begin immediately following the strike."
