A popular Edinburgh bar and restaurant has unveiled their brand new look after a huge renovation this month.
Tigerlily have welcomed locals back to their iconic George Street venue after the ground floor underwent the two-week makeover to replace the previous decor.
Known to be a glamorous city centre site, the refurbishment was the first the bar has seen in a decade, with part of the restaurant almost entirely ripped out and replaced.

Posting on social media, the bar shared an incredible time-lapse of the works, which have seen the front bar and back restaurant given a fresh new look.
Introducing a number of large new booths at the back, as well as a bright new colour scheme, Managing Director, Innes Bolt, described the changed as the "biggest change in 16 years."
The refurb was initially planned in 2019 for execution in 2020, however plans had been put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Innes added:, “There’s been a lot of resurgent energy in Edinburgh with the opening of the St James Quarter and the likes of the Gleneagles Townhouse and Virgin Hotels opening recently in the city. Hospitality is an exciting sector with lots of growth potential. I think it’s important to reinvest sensibly in your offering, to stay fresh and to keep competing.
"We pride ourselves on providing the best for our customers and this is a significant focus for our teams. I think more and more, people want to spend their money on all encompassing experiences they can rely on and trust to deliver.”
