Foodies in Edinburgh could have an excellent opportunity to start their own fledgling business after a busy food truck in the city centre was put on the market.
The truck, which has a permanent high footfall spot in front of the Dar Al Arqam Mosque on Lauriston Place in the city centre, is described as being in a "very good location" on the post on the RightBiz website.
It comes with a small tented pitch with covered outdoor seating for customers to enjoy, and though it currently serves coffee, also comes with a licence for hot food.

The post on the website reads: "It has a very good location, with four hotels in front of it, plus a college and schools. The food truck is in a private area, so it is not mobile."
"It is set up outside under strong tents that can handle up to 60 mph wind. It has a license for hot food and is open up to 10 pm."
The website adds that the freehold and leasehold are "Price on Application", while rent is priced at £17,000 and turnover £19,200 (£369 Per week) with net profit margin expected to be around 12% (£2,300)
