Edinburgh chef Stuart Ralston is set to open his latest venture in the capital with a brand new restaurant to launch next year.
Expected to open its doors in March 2023, the popular Aizle owner will be welcoming customers to 'Tipo', a new dining experience serving a selection of small plates.
It is reported to be a more casual restaurant than the likes of Aizle, which has been listed as one of the top fine-dining spots on multiple occasions.

Speaking about the exciting announcement, Stuart said: "Jade and I have been talking about a new restaurant for a long time and it's taken us a while to find the perfect location.
