Popular Belfast city centre food hatch announces closure after year in business

A popular food pop-up hatch has decided to close up shop after feeding over 30,000 since they opened in 2020.

The Hill Street Hatch, located in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter, was the brainchild of Ryan Crown and Ema O'Kane inspired by the food scene in New York City.

They created the space to give culinary entrepreneurs a platform and space to try out their creations and breathe life back into the hospitality industry during the pandemic.
