Pooch poses for artist who paints incredible dog portraits mimicking famous artwork

He may only be a dog, but English Bull Terrier Tom has proven he can give the likes of Cara-waggio and Andy War-howl a run for their money with his artistic paw-ess.

Posing for the camera as he impersonates iconic paintings from Vincent Van Gogh to Frida Kahlo, the six-year-old pooch has proven his talent for modelling.

Tom, whose full name is Antonio Carlos Jobim Adorra, has raised the woof by mimicking some of the world’s greatest paintings.

His owner Antonio Rodrigues Jr, 48, a graphic designer originally from Brazil, has owned talented Tom since he was just ten weeks old and decided to start making him the subject of his photography.

We think that ingenious idea deserves a round of a-paws…
