Brits seeking a bargain holiday may want to look no further than holiday park provider Pontins.
The resorts are offering an incredible offer on October half-term stays that will see families able to stay from just £5 per person, per night.
The deal means you can bag a three night, four person stay for just £79 in total.
There are three, four and seven night stays available across five UK sites, so you can choose the one most attractive to you, the Daily Star reports.
All of the stays are self-catering which means you can keep the cost of food and drink down to a minimum, even if it is a bit more of an effort.
Pontins parks included in the cheap school holiday deal include Brean Sands in Somerset, Prestatyn Sands in North Wales, Southport and Camber Sands in Sussex.
The seaside breaks are perfect for Autumn when guests can indulge in the slightly drizzly joys of local beaches, jump in the fallen leaves and join Pontins' character Cros for “frights and surprises” ahead of Halloween.
Prices listed on the Pontins website range from £79 for three nights based on four sharing a one bedroom self-catered apartment.
That’s around £6.50pp per night and the lowest overall cost.
However, the best value per night stay is the four-night option from £89 per apartment – also for four family members – which works out at £5pp per night.
Dates available range from October 21 to October 28.
And, there’s plenty to do onsite for those who don’t want to explore the local area.
There are restaurants, takeaways & bars, amusement arcades and a heated indoor swimming pool.
Plus, crazy golf, trampolines, go karts, fun bikes and live entertainment – from tributes to WAW, magicians, cabarets and the Bluecoats team with bingo.
Those who like to spend their holidays in Britain will be cheered of news of a gigantic new leisure centre in Manchester.
Therme Manchester will have the first "all-season beach" alongside 35 waterslides when it opens.
The huge aquatic zone will feature a top-of-the-range spa with more than 30 saunas and steam rooms, Manchester Evening News reports.
The jewel in the crown of Therme is its indoor seaside resort.
A Mediterranean -style beach with palm trees and loungers run along beneath underneath a massive glass dome.
