Throughout the offseason, there was a lot of discussion about whether or not the Minnesota Vikings should trade for San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance.
The parallels are obvious, as Lance is from Minnesota and could take over for Kirk Cousins in 2024. There are some serious question marks with Lance, who has played in only 8 games with four starts in his short career. His biggest issue coming out of North Dakota State was lack of playing time and his issues stem from that.
