A town in Poland, Glogowek, is making headlines by extending an intriguing offer to tech mogul Elon Musk. The mayor of Glogowek, Piotr Bujak, has taken to social media and written letters to Musk's companies, urging him to consider purchasing the town's historic 13th-century castle to establish his European headquarters.
Reports suggest that Musk is on the lookout for a substantial location in Europe, potentially a castle in Italy, to serve as a central hub for his operations on the continent. The Glogowek castle, situated in southwestern Poland, boasts a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages and even briefly served as Poland's capital in the 17th century. Notable figures like composer Ludwig van Beethoven have graced its halls with their presence.
