A police watchdog is complaining to Ofcom over an episode of Panorama about the shooting of Chris Kaba.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said it is in the process of lodging a formal complaint with the broadcast regulator after demands for a public apology from the BBC were not met.
