A driver who had "just bought" a car had it promptly seized by police after it crashed into a motorway barrier. The incident happened late on Tuesday night in Gwent, Wales.
Gwent Police said the vehicle caught and its new owner caught the attention of officers when it crashed on the M4. However, it wasn't the collision that landed the motorist in hot water.
Further investigations revealed that the new owner had not insured the car before driving it. The incident was flagged-up on Twitter by the force's Roads Policing & Specialist Operations (RPSO) unit as a cautionary tale for anyone planning to buy a new vehicle.

"Remember to take out car insurance before you drive the car away". No further details about the incident were released by Gwent Police.
