The youngest suspect questioned over the death of Ava White has been told he will face no further action.
The 13-year-old was one of four boys arrested on suspicion of murder after the tragic death of the schoolgirl.
One boy has been charged with murder while two other suspects remain under investigation.

Detectives investigating the death of Miss White arrested all four boys in the days after she was fatally injured in Liverpool city centre on the night of Thursday, November 25.
A post mortem concluded she died as a result of a single stab wound.
A 14-year-old boy denies an allegation of murder and is due to stand trial in May.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has admitted a separate offence of possession of a knife in Liverpool city centre.
Three other boys, aged 13, 14 and 15 were quizzed on suspicion of murder before being released under investigation.
Merseyside Police confirmed the youngest has been told he faces no further action. The other two boys remain under investigation.
Miss White had been watching the Christmas lights being switched on with friends when she suffered the fatal stab wound.
Her death sparked an outpouring of grief and a number of tributes, including from Notre Dame Catholic College, where she was a Year Eight student.
Headteacher Peter Duffy said: "Ava was a much-loved, valued and unique member of the Notre Dame family. She was an incredibly popular girl with a fantastic group of friends."
Her dad, Robert Martin, has previously said her family is “completely devastated and heartbroken” by her death.
