Police have given an update after a truck driver on the M56 was freed from an overturned wagon.
Officers were called to the incident near the M56 westbound between junction 12 at Clifton and 14, Hapsford at 10.30am on Thursday.
It had been reported that a man was inside a wagon and the vehicle was “upside down”.

A force spokeswoman said an air ambulance was deployed but the casualty was taken to Aintree University Hospital by road ambulance.
North West Motorway Police tweeted the crash was on the westbound exit slip.
When the ECHO attended the area, a police cordon was in place at the junction 12 exit for Runcorn and Frodsham.
Police, ambulance and fire engines all attended the scene.
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said on Thursday "the driver was freed from the cab" and was taken to hospital in a "serious condition".
Police also confirmed they received a report of a "concern for man inside a wagon that was upside down".
In an update today, a spokesperson for Cheshire Police said the lorry driver is "still in hospital in a serious condition."
A spokesperson for the force said in a previous statement: "At 10.30am on Thursday, February 10, police received a report of concern for a man inside a wagon that was upside down near to the M56 westbound carriageway between junction 12 to junction 14.
“Air ambulance attended to the scene but the man was taken to Aintree hospital by land ambulance with injuries believed to be serious.”
