Police enquiries remain ongoing after human remains were found at a recycling plant in Leeds earlier this week.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed on Monday that at just before 10am on October 31, body parts were found at Skelton Skips, a waste recycling firm in Knowsthorpe Way in Leeds.
Extensive enquiries remain ongoing on Wednesday (November 2) including specialist searches to determine the circumstances.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Extensive enquiries remain ongoing including specialist searches at the site."
Several police and crime scene investigation vehicles, including forensic officers and a police welfare unit were seen at the plant in Knowsthorpe Way on Monday shortly after the human remains were found.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said at the time: "At 9.57am on Monday, police received a report of human remains having been found at a waste recycling firm, in Knowsthorpe Way, Leeds. Officers are attending the scene to assess the remains and establish the circumstances."
The recycling plant is in an industrial estate in the LS9 area of Leeds.
