Nottinghamshire Police has issued a warning to irresponsible drivers after seizing an untaxed vehicle in Beeston. Officers in Beeston seized a pair of vehicles, stating that drivers of the cars had been driving with no insurance and no tax for months.
The vehicles were taken away following automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) activations during patrols on Friday, July 8. Both drivers have since been reported for driving without insurance and tax.
A pair of photos posted to Twitter by Beeston Police show two vehicles being taken away by authorities due to outstanding tax payments. Both vehicles had tax bills that had not been paid since November, 2021.
