Police seize firearms in search for motive behind Fowler Street shooting death

Fowler Street crime scene under strict guard

ALMOST seven months to the day that Anthony Nugent was shot dead at a Fowler Street unit block, police are still searching for the culprit.

A number of firearms have been seized after Strike Force Alcheringa, the operation set up to investigate the point-blank shooting late on September 6, conducted multiple searches as they ty to uncover the motive behind Mr Nugent's death.
