Police have seized drugs with an estimated street value of $6.2 million at an inner-city Brisbane unit complex.

Investigations into criminal activity and drug trafficking by organised crime syndicates led police to the discovery of 39 kilograms of methylamphetamine, 5.7kg of cocaine and 4.9kg of cannabis at the Milton address.

Detectives from the Crime and Intelligence Command's Drug and Serious Crime Group also located approximately 2 litres of liquid methylamphetamine, scales, gloves and other drug related equipment and cutting agents.

Investigations are continuing as police seek further information on the massive drug bust.

They are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers website.
