Police hit the jackpot when they raided a suspected drug dealer's home in Bolton today. Inside three safes at the property they found £300,000.
The money was recovered from an address in Mossfield Road in Kearsley. Officers from Bolton’s Challenger organised crime team raided the house in the early hours.
In a statement Greater Manchester Police said: "A 32-year-old man was led away in handcuffs after being arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A and class B drugs and money laundering. He is now in police custody waiting to be questioned by detectives."
