RAF Fairford 'terror plot' foiled after suspect from London called police

The suspected terror plot against the RAF Fairford base used by American forces was foiled after one of the five suspects called the police.

According to The Times, one of the men phoned 999 in the early hours of Sunday morning before the group was arrested on suspicion of explosives and terrorist offences.
